Our priority is to keep you and your family safe and healthy along with our staff and our families. Country Hills Dental Centre follows the most current protocols from the Alberta Dental Association and Alberta Health Services. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our routines, and your dental appointment will look a little different. To help you prepare your upcoming dental appointment please review the information below and complete the necessary forms where indicated. Country Hills Dental is doing everything we can to ease you into the new routine and ensure you feel as comfortable as possible during your dental appointment.
Arrival
For the safety and protection of our community, the City of Calgary requires the wearing of face coverings or masks in indoor public areas.
When you enter our clinic, we will ask you to sanitize your hands. If you were not able to complete the consent form in advance (see link on top of main webpage), we will ask you to complete and sign it at this time. One of our team members will take your temperature to confirm you do not have a fever.
During your appointment
When you are in the dental chair, we will provide you with a cup of rinsing agent and ask you to rinse for 30 seconds to one minute, and then spit back into the cup.
Our health care providers will look a little different. We will be wearing gowns, masks and plastic face shields, but don’t worry; our smiles are underneath it all!
We have expanded our office hours in order to offer more appointment times to our patients. Our office hours are:
Monday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
